• Logo upload demo — if you upload a logo to preview it on our product mockup, that image is processed in your browser to generate the preview, and is shared with us if you choose to submit an order request.
• WhatsApp order requests — if you use the "Request order on WhatsApp" feature, the details you enter (restaurant name, quantity, contact name) are compiled into a message and sent via WhatsApp, a third-party messaging service. This exchange is subject to WhatsApp's own privacy policy once the message leaves our website.
• Website usage data — such as pages visited and general browsing behaviour, collected via cookies or similar technologies where you have given consent.

We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under the age of 18, and this website is not directed at children.

We keep enquiry and order-related data for as long as necessary to respond to you, fulfil any order, and meet our accounting and legal obligations (typically up to 6 years for records connected to a contract, in line with UK tax and accounting requirements).
